Bin Abbas Outreach for Disabled Children

Championing Inclusion for Every Nigerian

The Bin Abbas Outreach for Disabled Children supports
persons living with disabilities through targeted social
welfare and empowerment programmes. The initiative
reflects Amb. Bin Abbas’s conviction that truly
inclusive national development must reach and uplift
every Nigerian, including those living with physical
and developmental challenges.

A Gesture of National Unity

A Father’s Heart Across Regional Lines

During an official visit to Enugu State in March 2026,
Amb. Bin Abbas adopted a nine-year-old girl, Ugwu
Divine Favour Chizaramekpere, as his non-biological
daughter. He immediately directed his Chief of Staff
to formally enrol her in the Aliyu Care Foundation’s
scholarship programme, guaranteeing her education
through to university graduation.
The adoption of a child from the predominantly Igbo
south-east by a northern Muslim leader was widely
reported across Nigerian media as a powerful symbolic
act of inter-regional solidarity — embodying the very
unity that Amb. Bin Abbas has championed throughout
his public life.
